Terms of Service

✦ Product will be delivered digitally
✦ Depending on the complexity of the commission, the estimated completion time is approximately 3-4 weeks. The Client will be notified in case additional time is required
✦ The Client is not permitted to use the product for NFTs, or any similar ones
✦ The Client are not allowed to use the product in any AI-related programs
✦ The Client must credit the artist by tagging applicable social media handles

Payment

✦ Full payment up front if the project is less than 500€
✦ Split payment 50/50 if project is more than 500€ (half up front and half upon completion)
✦ Payment via Paypal and in Euro only

Refunds and cancellation

✦ No refunds. In case the Client pays a split payment and cancels the commission, the Artist will keep the first half, as well as the artwork
✦ Exception: If the Artist is unable to complete the project, the Client will receive a full refund
✦ Any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to cancellation of the order

Commercial use

✦ The Client is prohibited from using personal commission for commercial uses
✦ The client can use the artwork for commercial purposes only if they pay for the commercial license

Options & Prices

✦ a paypal fee of 6% will be added to the total

✦ Extra character: 100% of base price
✦ Simple background: 50€; complex background: 100€; one-color background is free
✦ Animals: 50€
✦ Nsfw art: +20% of base price

Commercial Usage

✦ Commercial license for illustrations: +100% of base price
✦ If the illustration is for a book cover, 70% of the commercial price is added
✦ Book cover layout, including typography: + €200
✦ For indie authors, commercial services will have a 20% discount
